- Working to meet the client's budget and while still using good equipment
- Educating our clients on the benefits and practical considerations of hot water radiant heating
- Assessing the building envelope of each project and performing heat loss calculations to properly size the system
- Advising the client of the structural considerations to suit the hot water radiant heating system
- Evaluating and recommending various radiant heat installation methods to suit the project and the type of structure (embedded in concrete, staple up, baseboard, etc.)
- Completing professional system design with direct input from the equipment manufacturer and professional engineers
- Maximizing the efficient use of the radiant heating system (ie. incorporating domestic water heating into the same system, heating multiple buildings from one central location, snow melt systems, etc.)
- Advising clients on the latest radiant heating and control technologies
- Evaluating the cost benefits of solar heating systems for a given project
Boulder's pride in their installations is unprecedented in Western Canada. We believe that our systems become a showpiece at the heart of every building they are installed in.
Our philosophy is that the system should look as good as it works.
